AMUSE BOUCHE is one of the more dramatic pieces we have had in the Gallery.

The stone is a dense dark gray which is the perfect hue to headline the endless carving details on this incredible sculpture!

The meticulous fine carving is some of the best I have seen.

The hunched posture of the hawk suggests that the bird is carefully examining every aspect of his catch.

He wants to be sure the fish is fit for consumption and he is also taking some time to "gloat" over his kill.
