Augustus is a rich medium to dark gray colour.
His thick coat hangs in innumerable long, shaggy guards (coarse outer hair) that nearly reach the ground.
The wool of the musk ox is sought after because it is so warm and soft.
August’s facial features take your breath away in their precision.
But the most celebrated feature is the Musk Ox back hump.
This is the HALLMARK of a stunning Carving!
